Unlocking Rewards in Marvel Rivals: A Guide to Assemble Codes
Marvel Rivals, the latest multiplayer game from Marvel and NetEase, has been making waves among gamers. This brand new PvP shooter boasts a star-studded cast of characters, including iconic superheroes like Wolverine and Black Widow. In many ways, Marvel Rivals seems to be giving Overwatch a run for its money, with a lucrative and affordable battle pass that's been pleasing players.
How to Use Assemble Codes in Marvel Rivals
One of the most exciting features in Marvel Rivals is the Assemble Codes system, which allows players to mutually gain rewards before even creating their username in the game. To take advantage of this feature, follow these simple steps:
- When you first launch Marvel Rivals, you'll be prompted to use an Assemble Code. This is the only time you'll be able to do this, so make sure to ask a friend for their code beforehand.
- The friend's personal code can be found under the Community tab in the pause screen and clicking on Hero Assembly Event.
- Ensure that the friend who gives you the code is level 5, as this is a requirement to receive rewards.
- Once you've obtained a code, bring up the Assemble Code redemption box and paste the code in. This can only be done if you haven't created a username for yourself yet.
- After redeeming the code, level up to level 10 with the friend you "assembled" with. Both of you will receive 300 units, which can be used to purchase in-game items.
- The rewards can stack for the leader of the assembled team, meaning you could receive 1,500 units if you give out your code to five people.
Future Plans and Updates for Assemble Codes
While it's unclear if Marvel Rivals plans to update the Assemble Codes tab with new rewards and objectives, NetEase has big plans to support the game for an extended period. In fact, future Marvel Rivals characters like Mr. Fantastic and Ultron have already been leaked, indicating that the game is set to become a major live service title. As long as NetEase continues to satisfy player expectations, Marvel Rivals could be the next big thing in the world of gaming.
