If you're new to redeeming Mystery Gifts in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, don't worry – the process is quick and easy. Here's what you need to do:

  • Go to the main menu and select Poke Portal
  • Choose Mystery Gift on the following screen
  • Select "Get with Code/Password" to connect to the internet
  • Enter the code, making sure to replace any letter "o"s with zeros
  • If the code is redeemed correctly, you'll receive a notification that the item has been received
