Fortnite, the popular battle royale game from Epic Games, has once again raised the bar with its latest event. Last Friday (1st), the game hosted a live performance from Times Square, New York, which was broadcasted in-game, leaving players surprised and delighted.
One of the highlights of the event was Snoop Dogg's performance, where he previewed his upcoming album's song 'Gorgeous'. The rapper will also be part of the Fortnite Festival. This is all part of the newly launched Chapter 2: Remix, which brings together other music icons like Eminem, Ice Spice, and Juice Wrld, who will be joining the game in the coming weeks.
As these featured artists make their debut in the game, new locations will be unlocked each week. However, just like its epic start, Chapter 2: Remix will come to an end on November 30th at 4 pm with a special live show by Juice WRLD.
In honor of the late rapper's legacy, players who log in between November 30th, 3 am, and December 1st, 3 am, will receive the Juice WRLD Slayer outfit.
Additionally, the battle royale will welcome the Kicks – a new type of cosmetic coming to the store on November 12th. The initial line of sneakers will feature brands like Nike and Jordan, along with original Fortnite designs. With over 500 compatible outfits, the Remix Pass will bring over 70 new rewards to Fortnite. Check out the trailer below:
